Choose peace of mind. You have 90 days after the shipping date to return your new awning, shade or accessory.
Your awning must be new and in its original packaging. Please make sure the end caps are held by their original screws and put them back in place if removed. You must return your product in a packaging that is in good conditions with all brackets, hardware and accessories.
The product must be in its original state and not have been submitted to extreme conditions.
How to return:
Contact us by e-mail at email@example.com, send us pictures of the state of packaging and we will send you an authorization with your return number. We will also schedule the freight company for the return pick-up.
When we receive your return, we will inspect it and we will give your money back within 10 business days with the same payment method you had originally used, if the product is in good state.
This policy only applies to new items bought on www.zonepatio.ca ; there will be no returns on clearance items or other types of orders.
